TheFox0x7 1b1274486c fix(git)!: use internal proxy for all git operations (#39426)
Introduces gitproxy module which spawns a small forward proxy as scanner
for git calls
Replaces hostmatcher with matchlist which supports port rules
Deprecates ALLOWED_DOMAINS/BLOCKED_DOMAINS and ALLOW_LOCALNETWORKS
settings in migration in favor of full names we have in security
configs.
Removes `external` preset in favor of lax/strict modes, strict mode
requiring explicit ports if they aren't standard http/s ones.

Breaking changes:
- `external` preset no longer works as deny rule. To enforce that, use
`strict` mode and allow ranges to connect to
- Wildcards are no longer accepted in IP addresses
- `*` is no longer allowed as entry in lists
- domain rules now use curl like syntax `*.example.com` matching
subdomains but not `example.com`, `example.com` matching itself and all
subdomains. `example.*` is not a valid rule
- In the default `lax` mode, `[security] ALLOWED_HOST_LIST` no longer
restricts public hosts, set `EGRESS_MODE = strict` to keep an exclusive
list. A startup warning flags this
- Invalid list entries are logged at startup, invalid
`BLOCKED_HOST_LIST`/`BLOCKED_DOMAINS` entries stop it

wxiaoguang 4d6e172a0d chore: still keep ctx in git.Repository struct for cat-file batch command (#38684)
Unfortunately, we can't completely remove the ctx from git.Repository,
because the CatFileBatch still heavily depends on a parent context.

If we remove the Repository ctx, the CatFileBatch will become a mess and
create a lot of unnecessary git processes.

http://localhost:3000/-/admin/monitor/perftrace

* Before: open a repo home, dozens of git processes (duplicate cat-file)
* After: only a few (no duplicate cat-file)

bircni 9e84deb969 fix: Various sec fixes 2 (#38108)
- Enforce repository token scope on RSS/Atom feed endpoints so a PAT
without repo scope can no longer read private repo commit data.
- Block HTTP redirects during repository migration clones to prevent
SSRF reaching internal addresses via an attacker-controlled redirect.
- Redact the notification subject after repo access is revoked so
private issue/PR metadata is no longer leaked through the notification
API.

silverwind ea1d09718c Fix commit retrieval by tag (#21804)
It is not correct to return tag data when commit data is requested, so
remove the hacky code that overwrote parts of a commit with parts of a
tag.

This fixes commit retrieval by tag for both the latest commit in the UI
and the commit info on tag webhook events.

zeripath 5cb0c9aa0d Propagate context and ensure git commands run in request context (#17868)
This PR continues the work in #17125 by progressively ensuring that git
commands run within the request context.

This now means that the if there is a git repo already open in the context it will be used instead of reopening it.

zeripath 722a7c902d Add Close() method to gogitRepository (#8901)
In investigating #7947 it has become clear that the storage component of go-git repositories needs closing.

This PR adds this Close function and adds the Close functions as necessary.

In TransferOwnership the ctx.Repo.GitRepo is closed if it is open to help prevent the risk of multiple open files.
