This PR introduces project workflows, allowing users to configure
event-based automations directly from the UI.
Users can define filters and actions for each workflow event, and
duplicate existing events when needed.
### Concepts
Every workflow is composed of `event`, `filters`, and `actions`.
- **Event** - An Event defines when a workflow should be triggered. It
represents specific activities such as an issue being added to the
project, a pull request being merged, or a project column being changed.
- **Filter** - A Filter refines when an event should take effect. It
allows users to specify conditions like issue type, labels, or project
columns to ensure actions only run in targeted scenarios.
- **Action** - An Action defines what happens when the event and filters
match. It performs operations such as adding labels, moving issues
between columns, or changing the issue or pull request state.
### Available Events
Currently, the following eight events are supported:
- On issues/pull requests closed
- On issues/pull requests reopened
- On issues/pull requests was added to the project, including when
created in it
- On issues/pull requests was removed from the project
- On issues/pull requests' column was changed
- On code changes requested
- On code review approved
- On pull request merged
Each event type supports its own set of filters and actions.
### Available Filters
There are four types of filters that can be configured for an event:
- **Apply to** - Specify the target type: `issues only`, `pull requests
only`, or `issues and pull requests`.
- **Labels** - Trigger the event only if the issue or pull request
contains one or more specified labels.
- **Move from column** - Filter events based on the original project
column.
- **Move to column** - Filter events based on the destination project
column.
### Available Actions
There are four types of actions that can be executed when an event is
triggered:
- **Add labels** - Automatically add one or more labels to the issue or
pull request.
- **Remove labels** - Remove one or more specified labels.
- **Move to column** - Move the issue or pull request to a designated
project column.
- **Issue state** - Close or reopen the issue. Pull requests can only be
closed.
### Enable/Disable an event workflow
Each event workflow can be individually enabled or disabled. When
disabled, the workflow will be ignored even if the event occurs. This
feature is useful when you want to temporarily stop certain automated
actions without deleting the workflow configuration. Workflows of closed
projects don't run either.
### Clone an event workflow
When you need multiple workflows for the same event, you can clone an
existing event to create a new one with different filters and actions.
This allows you to customize how the same event behaves under different
conditions, making workflows more flexible and powerful.
### Permissions
Permissions are checked when workflows are managed, not when they run:
- Viewing a project's workflows needs read access to the project
- Managing them needs write access to the project plus write access to
both issues and pull requests of a repository project's repository,
being an owner of an organization project's organization or a site
administrator, or being the user of a user project. Tokens limited to
public repositories can't manage owner-level projects' workflows
- A workflow runs when its event happens to an item of an open project
that can hold the item's repository, unless that repository is archived,
no matter who caused the event, and applies its actions without further
permission checks. Pull requests are never reopened
- Changes show as made by "Project workflow" on behalf of the user who
triggered the event and don't trigger other workflows
- Only users who can read an item can put it on a board or move its card
The management rule is also documented on `CanManageWorkflows` in
`services/projects/workflow.go`.

Follow-up to https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/pull/38966. Replaces the
unreleased `POST /admin/users/{username}/convert-type` endpoint with a
`type` field on `PATCH /admin/users/{username}`.
Adds first-class bot accounts (`UserTypeBot`): local, password-less
users for automation that authenticate only with access tokens.
1. Admin UI: create bots, filter users by type, manage a bot's access
tokens, convert between user and bot
2. API: `POST /admin/users/{username}/convert-type`, and user objects
gain a GitHub-compatible `type` (`User`, `Organization`, `Bot`)
3. CLI: `gitea admin user change-type`, `--user-type` accepts `User` or
`Bot` case-insensitively
4. Converting keeps the password, 2FA, OAuth2 grants and access tokens,
and since sign-in rejects bots, converting back restores the account.
Only local, non-admin accounts can be converted, and conversions are
audited
5. Session, reverse proxy, SSPI, external source and password reset
sign-in reject non-individual users, so a bot never gets an interactive
session
6. Bots receive no notifications or emails

Deploy keys only work over SSH. A deploy token is their counterpart for HTTPS: a repository scoped credential, used as the password of a Git request, with read or read and write access. It covers Git operations and LFS, and can be regenerated in place.

Updates `go-swagger` to v0.35.0 and makes swagger generation and
validation warning-free, with the build now failing on any warning
(`go-swagger` itself exits `0` on warnings).
- Generation passes `--enable-allof-compounding` (keeps `$ref` fields
bare, no spec change) and `--skip-enum-desc` (drops the enum description
that duplicates `x-go-enum-desc` and was the only source of `allOf`
noise in the OpenAPI 3.0 output).
- Fixed warnings at the source: dropped `swagger:strfmt` where it
conflicts with `required: true` (`required` kept, `time.Time` still maps
to `date-time`), fixed a malformed `units_map` example, moved the
`parameterBodies` injection hack to `swagger:parameters`, and removed
unused responses.

Adds an API POST endpoint under `/repos/{owner}/{repo}/file-contents`
which receives a list of paths and returns a list of the contents of
these files.
This API endpoint will be helpful for applications like headless CMS
(reference: https://github.com/sveltia/sveltia-cms/issues/198) which
need to retrieve a large number of files by reducing the amount of
needed API calls.

This adds an endpoint (`/orgs/{org}/rename`) to rename organizations.
I've modeled the endpoint using the rename user endpoint --
`/admin/users/{username}/rename` -- as base.
It is the 1st time I wrote a new API endpoint (I've tried to follow the
rename users endpoint code while writing it). So feel free to ping me if
there is something wrong or missing.

## Solves
Currently for rules to re-order them you have to alter the creation
date. so you basicly have to delete and recreate them in the right
order. This is more than just inconvinient ...
## Solution
Add a new col for prioritization

1. Delete `UserBadgeList` in `options.go`, because it wasn't used. (The
struct defined in `options.go` is the struct used to parse the request
body)
2. Move `BadgeList` struct under `routers/api/v1/swagger` folder which
response should be defined in.
According to the GitHub API Spec:
https://docs.github.com/en/rest/actions/secrets?apiVersion=2022-11-28#create-or-update-an-organization-secret
Merge the Create and Update secret into a single API.
- Remove the `CreateSecretOption` struct and replace it with
`CreateOrUpdateSecretOption` in `modules/structs/secret.go`
- Update the `CreateOrUpdateOrgSecret` function in
`routers/api/v1/org/action.go` to use `CreateOrUpdateSecretOption`
instead of `UpdateSecretOption`
- Remove the `CreateOrgSecret` function in
`routers/api/v1/org/action.go` and replace it with
`CreateOrUpdateOrgSecret`
- Update the Swagger documentation in
`routers/api/v1/swagger/options.go` and `templates/swagger/v1_json.tmpl`
to reflect the changes in the struct names and function names

This PR creates an API endpoint for creating/updating/deleting multiple
files in one API call similar to the solution provided by
[GitLab](https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/api/commits.html#create-a-commit-with-multiple-files-and-actions).
To archive this, the CreateOrUpdateRepoFile and DeleteRepoFIle functions
in files service are unified into one function supporting multiple files
and actions.

Remove `[repository.editor] PREVIEWABLE_FILE_MODES` setting that seemed
like it was intended to support this but did not work. Instead, whenever
viewing a file shows a preview, also have a Preview tab in the file
editor.
Add new `/markup` web and API endpoints with `comment`, `gfm`,
`markdown` and new `file` mode that uses a file path to determine the
renderer.
Remove `/markdown` web endpoint but keep the API for backwards and
GitHub compatibility.
## ⚠️ BREAKING ⚠️
The `[repository.editor] PREVIEWABLE_FILE_MODES` setting was removed.
This setting served no practical purpose and was not working correctly.
Instead a preview tab is always shown in the file editor when supported.

this is a simple endpoint that adds the ability to rename users to the
admin API.
Note: this is not in a mergeable state. It would be better if this was
handled by a PATCH/POST to the /api/v1/admin/users/{username} endpoint
and the username is modified.

[spectral](https://github.com/stoplightio/spectral) lints
openapi/swagger files for mistakes of which it has identified a few and
which I've fixed.
I had to put it into `lint-frontend` because it depends on node_modules
so can not run on Drone during the backend target. I plan to refactor
these targets later to `lint-js` and `lint-go` so that they are
categorized based on the tool dependencies.
Forms are dependent on models and therefore should be in services.
This PR also removes the old auth. aliasing

Use [chi](https://github.com/go-chi/chi) instead of the forked [macaron](https://gitea.com/macaron/macaron). Since macaron and chi have conflicts with session share, this big PR becomes a have-to thing. According my previous idea, we can replace macaron step by step but I'm wrong. :( Below is a list of big changes on this PR.
- [x] Define `context.ResponseWriter` interface with an implementation `context.Response`.
- [x] Use chi instead of macaron, and also a customize `Route` to wrap chi so that the router usage is similar as before.
- [x] Create different routers for `web`, `api`, `internal` and `install` so that the codes will be more clear and no magic .
- [x] Use https://github.com/unrolled/render instead of macaron's internal render
- [x] Use https://github.com/NYTimes/gziphandler instead of https://gitea.com/macaron/gzip
- [x] Use https://gitea.com/go-chi/session which is a modified version of https://gitea.com/macaron/session and removed `nodb` support since it will not be maintained. **BREAK**
- [x] Use https://gitea.com/go-chi/captcha which is a modified version of https://gitea.com/macaron/captcha
- [x] Use https://gitea.com/go-chi/cache which is a modified version of https://gitea.com/macaron/cache
- [x] Use https://gitea.com/go-chi/binding which is a modified version of https://gitea.com/macaron/binding
- [x] Use https://github.com/go-chi/cors instead of https://gitea.com/macaron/cors
- [x] Dropped https://gitea.com/macaron/i18n and make a new one in `code.gitea.io/gitea/modules/translation`
- [x] Move validation form structs from `code.gitea.io/gitea/modules/auth` to `code.gitea.io/gitea/modules/forms` to avoid dependency cycle.
- [x] Removed macaron log service because it's not need any more. **BREAK**
- [x] All form structs have to be get by `web.GetForm(ctx)` in the route function but not as a function parameter on routes definition.
- [x] Move Git HTTP protocol implementation to use routers directly.
- [x] Fix the problem that chi routes don't support trailing slash but macaron did.
- [x] `/api/v1/swagger` now will be redirect to `/api/swagger` but not render directly so that `APIContext` will not create a html render.
Notices:
- Chi router don't support request with trailing slash
- Integration test `TestUserHeatmap` maybe mysql version related. It's failed on my macOS(mysql 5.7.29 installed via brew) but succeed on CI.
