Kristoffer Dalby b9f7317252 servertest: recapture v2 OAuth and policy API golden data 
Tag writes are read back once the tags hold, and both files carry a
baseline snapshot. Statuses and read-backs match the first capture.

OAuth clients, tokens, keys and tag writes by principal, and policy
writes over a baseline, replayed through v1 and v2; a deleted parent
client's key joins real clients.
